My Philosophy

As you’ll see mentioned several times throughout this website, motherhood is a journey. Pre-conception, birth, and postpartum are all very sacred and intimate parts of that journey. As someone who has experienced the ups and downs of hormonal imbalance and infertility, as well as witnessed birth in many environments and circumstances, it is my belief that every woman should have all information possible to make in an informed decision. In the same hand, every birthing person and their support team should feel empowered, listened to, and supported. My goal is to provide unbiased, non-judgemental, and unconditional support to all, whether they’re just beginning their motherhood journey, or embracing it. Happy Birthing!
